Jesus Freedom from Ego & Pride

The Pride is a Big Limitation to Reach pure Egoless Freedom.
So Jesus invites us to Abandon our habitual Reaction Systems dictated by our Selfishness.
The Difficult task to achieve is to eliminate the rooted Negative Tendencies of Judgment, Distrust, Revenge, and Prevarication.
What is waiting for us to become true Christ’s disciples is a very Great Task.
We have to totally Abandon the Common Logic Utilitaristic of this World to Adopt the Logic of the Lovers!

“You have heard that it was said, ‘Eye for eye, and tooth for tooth.’
But I tell you, do not resist an evil person. If anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to them the other cheek also.
And if anyone wants to sue you and take your shirt, hand over your coat as well.
If anyone forces you to go one mile, go with them two miles.
Give to the one who asks you, and do not turn away from the one who wants to borrow from you.
You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’
But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,
that you may be children of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous.”

Matthew 5:38-45

“Then Peter came to Jesus and asked, ‘Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother or sister who sins against me? Up to seven times?’
Jesus answered, ‘I tell you, not seven times, but seventy-seven times’.”

Matthew 18:21-22

“But to you who are listening, I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you,
bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you.
If someone slaps you on one cheek, turn to them the other also. If someone takes your coat, do not withhold your shirt from them. Give to everyone who asks you, and if anyone takes what belongs to you, do not demand it back.”

Luke 6:27-30

“Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.
You are my friends if you do what I command.”

John 15:13-14
